The "Bugler" family business was formed over 150 years ago when Robert Bugler began trading as a wheelwright in Beaminster.
Since 1851, the business has continued to serve the agricultural community and today, under the management of John Bugler (Managing Director) and Ralph Bugler (Chairman) has 4 branches, employing over 30 people.
Francis Bugler Limited was incorporated as a Limited Company in 1948, and in 1985, was appointed as a Ford Tractor Main Dealer.
The company later became the New Holland dealer for the West Dorset, East Devon and South Somerset area during the early 1990's.
Over the last 20 years the company has received the prestigious New Holland "Mark of Excellence" awarded to leading New Holland dealers in the U.K.

This appointment was followed by the acquisition of the Kawasaki franchise for ATV's, Mule Utility Vehicles and Power Products & later as Kawasaki Leisure and Sports Quad Bike dealers.
The company has recently received awards for the highest sales of Kawasaki ATV's and Mules in the South of England.
During 2006 a dedicated branch trading as "K4 Off-Road" was opened at Charminster, near Dorchester to handle the company's ATV and "Off-Road" division.
